Welcome to my ridiculously simple website. My name is Herb Goodman and I was once an avid and active Amateur Astronomer, and am currently a licensed, yet not very active Amateur Radio Operator. I volunteer my limited resources and skills to help maintain websites for the Astronomical Society of Rowan County and the Rowan Amateur Radio Society. That’s it, nothing much else to say, pretty boring and unremarkable actually.

Well I think I have all the bugs worked out of the new weather station and software. Looks like I had a conflict with an old webcam and it was causing the pc to freeze up. Guess having a wx-cam can wait…
